(I just upgraded to Monterey this morning and went straight to 12.1 and am experiencing a definite issue with waking the external monitor when coming out of sleep.) It solved the issue as it allows to display in for 4K even with HDMI to HDMI dongles but i haven't been able to get 4K AND 60hz (i had to lower resolution too get 60hz) but was still better than nothing. I had downloaded this (free trial version) to bypass Apple Pref monitor settings and it's offers you much more option of calibration and resolution (access from Finder top bar) than native OSX settings. I managed to get the two monitors to mirror each other with the laptop as an extended screen, but it wouldn’t recognize the two monitors as separate displays. Opened up today for work, and none of the monitors would work.ĭownloaded the updates drivers for the DisplayLink app which is what Dell recommends for mac. Using the laptop as a 3rd screen and the two monitors as my main left and right screens. Literally has been working perfectly for my two TVs I have as monitors for the past month since I got the MacBook from work. Using an Anker adapter out of the MacBook with a usb to the dell adapter.
